A top of the range Arachnid Pro 650 Cricket electronic soft tip dartboard is also available for those who like "a bit of bully". Those wishing to take advantage of the well maintained communal facilities can use the tennis racquets and tennis balls provided. Stools and a fan are provided for extra comfort.

A separate utility room contains a large top loading washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board giving mums something to do while the dads entertain the kids!
